SKY130 Open MPW mask-layer renders
One render per (shuttle run, mask layer): the drawn shapes that go on that photomask, taken from the layouts every project of that run taped out and stitched at the reticle frame positions the foundry manifest gives. 336 renders over 8 shuttle runs and 42 mask layers.
Pick a run for its mask layers in process order, or a cell below for one render's 40-die grid: mpw-001 · mpw-002 · mpw-003 · mpw-004 · mpw-005 · mpw-006 · mpw-007 · mpw-008
Every run against every mask layer
Mask layers across, in process order; shuttle runs down, oldest first. The number under each thumbnail is how many of that run's dies carry shapes on that mask — a grey cell was not rendered, and 0 means the layer is real but no project on that shuttle used it.
These are renders of the drawn shapes that go on each photomask, taken from the layouts the shuttle's projects taped out — they are not photomask artwork: reticle pitch, the 4x reduction, mirroring and the frame features the fab adds are not modelled. An empty image is a real result; several mask layers are used by no project on a given shuttle. Each die's source layout is named in result.json and lives in the public shuttle repositories under foss-eda-tools.googlesource.com, so every image here can be traced back to the tape-out it came from.
